Dan Valenti joined PathGroup in 2013 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He has served in a similar capacity for a diverse group of both Fortune 100 companies and startups in a number of industry segments including healthcare, banking, brokerage, energy and utilities. Prior to joining PathGroup, Mr. Valenti was the Chief Information Officer for Ameritox, Ltd., where he led the IT organization in the development of a Laboratory Management Information System and multiple customer-facing and mobile applications. This included the management and oversight of Business Intelligence and Security, and development of the company’s Customer Engagement Center. In addition to his years of experience leading IT teams, Mr. Valenti has a JD and MBA and has worked as an attorney and consultant.
